			PVC Planking With the cost of lumber and labor steadily rising, constructing and maintaining livestock confinement facilities of wood is simply not cost effective. Light, strong, versatile, durable, economical, easy to install, and clean are the structural and performance advantages of PVC planking. An ideal material for all confinement purposes, from farrowing to finishing, AP's PVC planking is available in formats for all confinement applications including penning, gating, and inner dividing walls. Each profile has a full line of stainless steel and PVC accessories to install and support every application including stainless steel U-channels, H -channels, posts, wall brackets, plus PVC U-channels, PVC H-Channel, drop rods, drop rod ends, end caps and corners (7/8" only).		The PVC Alternative to Wood Versatile and corrosion-free PVC plank can be adapted to replace conventional building materials in many livestock confinement applications.


			PVC Ceiling Panel PVC ceilings are the ideal way to deliver tempered air from preheated hallways to farrowing or nursery rooms. The hollow profile acts as an air plenum delivering the air through precisely sized and positioned holes. The air enters the room uniformly without creating drafts.


			Nursery Fence For nursery applications, AP offers a pvc fence ideal for pen dividers. It cleans easily and is available with a full line of PVC and stainless steel accessories to adapt to any installation. Solid plastic aisle gates makes pig movement easier, keeps manure out of walkways and provides a draft free area for small pigs. Manufactured for animals between 30 and 120 pounds. A 1-1/2 " x 30" panel is available in 20' or 24' lengths, as well as a tongue and grooved section that measures 1-1/2" x 6-1/2"		Creep Fence Designed for divider panels in farrowing crates, this fence is manufactured for animal up to 30 pounds. A 7/8" x 20" panel is available in a 21' length. Steel Nursery and Finishing Penning also available.
			Finishing Fence Manufactured for animals over 120 pounds, AP's Finishing Fence is ideal for rugged applications such as boar studs and breeding areas. Finishing plank is available in either 2"x8" tongue-and-grooved or our unique 2"x38" one-piece panel which speeds installation and eases clean-up by eliminating seams caused by stacking individual panels.


			PVC Wall Panels AP's 1-3/4" x 32" PVC wall panel is designed to speed the construction of walls or ceilings in farrowing and nursery buildings. Since there are fewer seams than conventional PVC walls, clean up is quicker. Tongue and groove assembly provides added strength and speeds construction. For additional strength and an attach point for gate brackets, 2 x 4 lumber can be installed anywhere in the panel.		Two-Piece Channel Two-piece wall and ceiling channels install quickly holding the wall panels securely in place.
