APEX Sow Floor
APEX sow flooring panels are designed to interlock with APEX nursery panels to provide a farrowing deck that meets the specific requirements of both the sow and liter. APEX sow flooring features a unique surface with raised traction squares to aid sows in getting up to eat while still providing a comfortable laying surface. The rugged design of the panel, combined with a twelve inch support beam spacing under the sow, insures the durability of APEX sow flooring for years to come.
Crate Anchors
This all stainless steel farrowing crate anchor package provides a secure solid attachment to the APEX Iron Clad beam system. Available for both cast iron or plastic sow flooring, this anchor package adapts to most any farrowing crate.

APEX Cast Iron Sow Flooring
APEX Cast iron flooring provides the ultimate in durability for sow flooring...
The cool surface of the cast iron provides greater comfort for the sow in the heat of the farrowing room. The unique interlocking design of the cast iron panels insures that the flooring stays in place. Alternating high/low bars on the surface of the floor provide additional traction and stability to the sow preventing slipping and injuries. The large slot design also provides for excellent manure filtration.

Raised or Flat
APEX cast panels are available in either a raised version that provides better udder presentation and piglet safety, or in a flat version that installs even with the creep area.

Beam accessories are injection molded from PVC plastic and provide a water tight seal when glued to the support beam. These accessories adapt to a wide variety of applications and provide stable support and anchoring of the flooring system.
